Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between EST SOLUTIONS, a business in Malaysia that operates CustomerDock (customerdock.my) and is called “we” or “us” below, and the business that signs up for it, called “you”. By creating a workspace or using CustomerDock, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind it. CustomerDock is for businesses, and you must be at least 18 to use it.
What CustomerDock does
CustomerDock is a customer messaging platform. It connects to channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook Messenger so your team can receive and reply to customer messages in one inbox, and manage contacts, campaigns, automations, bookings, events and AI features. What is included depends on your plan.
Your workspace and your team
- Keep your account details accurate, and keep passwords and connection credentials private.
- You decide who joins your workspace and what each person may do there. You are responsible for what they do in it.
- Tell us straight away at customerdock@gmail.com if you think someone has got into your account.
Messaging rules
You are responsible for every message sent from your workspace, whether a person, a campaign, an automation or an AI auto-reply sends it. You agree to:
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and stop when they ask you to.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and the rules of each channel you connect, such as WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies, Meta's Platform Terms and Telegram's Terms of Service.
- Not send spam, scams, harassment, unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Not use CustomerDock to collect data about people who have not dealt with you, or try to break into, overload or copy the service.
We may pause a campaign, an automation or a connection that breaks these rules or puts a channel at risk.
WhatsApp Personal
WhatsApp Personal connects your own WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does. It is an unofficial integration and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may restrict or suspend an account that sends in ways it considers automated, and the connection can drop without warning. You use it at your own risk: we are not responsible for a restricted or suspended number, or for messages that were not delivered. For marketing at volume, use Official WhatsApp instead.
Other platforms
Channels and tools such as Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and Stripe are run by other companies under their own terms. They can change or withdraw features, limit your account or be unavailable, and CustomerDock may then be unable to offer a feature that depends on them. We are not responsible for their services.
AI features
AI features draft replies, summarise conversations, suggest settings and, if you switch it on, answer customers automatically. AI can be wrong, so check drafts before you send them. When you turn on automatic replies, you choose when the AI may answer, and you are responsible for what it says in your name. AI features use your plan's AI allowance.
Your data
Your contacts, conversations and files belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide CustomerDock to you, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to put personal data into CustomerDock, and for telling your customers how you use it.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- If your plan starts with a free trial, it becomes paid when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then ends. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. We will tell you before a price change applies to your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, some features may be limited until it is settled.
Suspension and closing
You can stop using CustomerDock and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other customers, the channels or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days, as the privacy policy describes.
Our service
We work to keep CustomerDock available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features, and we will give notice of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes. CustomerDock, its software and its brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, and no other rights in it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- CustomerDock is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those these terms state.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or a restricted messaging account.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of messages you sent or content you put into CustomerDock.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will tell you in advance about significant changes. If you keep using CustomerDock after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
